Technical Skills Agility (ScaledAgile)SAFe for Teams will teach you all about your role on an Agile team and how agile teams work with others as part of an agile release train.

As a Desktop Technician, you will be part of the GTO Canada End User Services team.
You will be responsible for the set up and support of desktop and laptop equipment for our client.
Responsibilities include.
• Installing, maintaining, upgrading and recouping all PC equipment.
• The person will also action requests in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Provide end-user assistance where required.
• Image Workstation for new deployments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Mandatory Technical Skills.
• Windows 7, Windows 10, (Mac OS X is an asset) • Antivirus • Office Suites • Office 365 • Knowledge of Computer hardware • Knowledge of networking principles • Ticketing system (ITSP / ITSM is an asset) Soft skills.
• Customer service oriented • Professional appearance since this is a client facing role • Self-starter, ability to work independently.
• Must be able to meet scheduled deliverables.
