EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO UNIT MANAGER SWEDEN

As an Executive Assistant, you will have a key role in the daily work of the Unit Manager, Sweden, as well as supporting the head of Business Unit Stockholm & Central.
Our current Executive assistant will retire after the summer therefore we a looking for a replacement.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Handle time reports and purchase requests.
- Handle legal signings for CGI Sverige AB.
Prepare and follow up on meetings, agendas, and presentations.
- Be responsible for various shorter projects.
- Support with lunches when required.
- Participate and takes notes in the Management team meetings, and be responsible for yearly planning, coordination, and follow-ups.
Planning and coordinating corporate events.
Office coordination.
work closely with the office team to ensure efficient daily running of the office.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in assisting and coordinating roles, preferably in an international, fast-paced environment.
You feel comfortable working under personal responsibility and has an easy time prioritizing and structuring your work.
You will have significant ownership of your tasks and need to be confident in making quick decisions, with one of your strengths being to always stay one step ahead.
In this role it is essential that you are attentive to details, take responsibility and pay attention to deadlines.
As a person, you are engaged and solution oriented.
You are quick to take initiatives and pitch in where needed.
As you will handle confidential information, so a high level of integrity is required.
The role requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
