ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER (SCCM/INTUNE)

Mission As a System Engineer you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies in order to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met, and our Service Performance is brought to a higher level. Responsibilities Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution Good Knowledge of endpoint management solutions SCCM & Intune Knowledge on Application & Desktop Delivery and Application Delivery Controllers (CITRIX, Remote desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop) is a plus Very good knowledge of Active directory and group policies Providing support by: Researching Diagnosing Troubleshooting Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Write and maintain documentation Being part of a 24-hour standby team Profile Passionate about IT and technology Strong analytical , problem solving mindset Strong skills on system management: Customer and people oriented mentality Very process and procedures driven Ability to document processes and procedures in a clear and structured manner Flexible, willing to learn, dedicated. Capable of handling stressful situations Driven, determined to solve problems and help customers and colleagues Capable of working very autonomously Fluent in (technical) English (spoken & written) Good Knowledge of endpoint management solutions Knowledge of Application & Desktop Delivery is a plus Good Knowledge of endpoint management solutions Organization Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
