As an Employee Mobility Trainee, you contribute to Infineon’s employee mobility program, i.
.
international assignments and other types of temporary cross-border employment, ensuring compliance with respective legislatures and underlying assignment policies.
In your new role, you will.
- Provide administrative support in delivering international assignment services to Infineon employees globally and in close collaboration with the HR Employee Mobility team; - Help with the creation of different required documents (e.
.
contracts, income calculations) and reports, as well as data maintenance activities; - Support projects related to process improvements, document digitalization, and more.
Your profile You can deal responsibly with sensitive information and you demonstrate high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Furthermore, you have great communication skills and a strong customer orientation which allows you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, International Relations, or a similar field; - Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; - A customer-centered approach; - Experience with Confluence would be a great advantage; - Previous experience in employee mobility, international business management, or HR projects would be a plus; - Fluency in English.
