EDI CONSULTANT / ANALYST

Position Description.
EDI Analyst to support & enhance Applications.
EDI Analyst will be primarily responsible for support & maintenance of EDI Maps and EDI Processing using Trusted Link Enterprise EDI Translator.
The ability to be proactive, and work autonomously/team player is essential for this role.
The Analyst must be able to work effectively with various members of the organization to resolve EDI Technical & Business issues as well as follow through each process from testing to production.
The developer is a valuable member of the team who brings forward issues and ideas for improvements.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Work in Application Management & Support (AMS) Team • Have the ability to work as part of a larger team as well as independently.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain good documentation.
• Participate in and perform code reviews • Identify and assist in the coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks, i.
., application and database server upgrades.
• Work as a project team member in the role of operational acceptance lead ensuring that projects delivered • Strong attention to details and accuracy • Ability to work well in a cross-functional fast-paced environment • Well organized and able to multi-task • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to work well within a team environment • Focused on the outcome for the team and company Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Must Have.
• Knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 Standards including EDIFACT (global) • EDI Translation • Windows Commands and Python Scripting • Working knowledge of Source Controls like Git, SVN • Working knowledge in relational database like Oracle, PL/SQL • Any EDI Translation Software • EDI Problem Solving Nice to have.
• Trusted Link Enterprise (TLE) Software which includes the Mapper “Workbench” • Working knowledge of SVN • Using Mainframe • XML in EDI • SAP Migration • Jira • SSRS/SSIS reporting #LI-KM1 Skills.
