As a Full-time Underwriting Analyst, you will experience a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that will quickly develop your professional knowledge.
Training sessions will be part of the program.
You will learn first hand how to analyze risk exposures, evaluate insurance and risk management requests, develop client proposals and interact with professionals at all levels of the organization.
The technical knowledge and work relationships gained in the Early Career Program truly allows participants to hit the ground running in their underwriting career.
Job Profile - Requirements and skills - What we're looking for.
* University Graduates or a little bit of experience in Insurance industry.
* Law, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences or Risk Management degree preferred * Fluent English skills (written & spoken) * Industry related summer internship or work experience is a plus * Outgoing and entrepreneurial personality * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Cross Functional Collaboration and Teamwork * Analytical skills and critical thinking * Client Focus and Solution Orientation.
