Key Responsibilities Offer tech support via phone and email for domestic appliance clients.
Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with 60 available processes.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
Enhance client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and using resources like YouTube tutorials.
Handle minor repairs, follow-up on orders, and address complaints.
Utilize three software programs for the support process.
Cross-sell products as needed.
Requirements Near native level of Dutch.
Advanced level of English.
Experience in customer service or tech support (preferred).
Strong communication skills (phone and email).
Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with software programs.
Cross-selling skills are a plus.
