Role Overview.
As a Customer Advisor youll support customers via phone chat email and social mediaoffering help with accountrelated questions technical issues and transactions.
Your mission To ensure every interaction is smooth efficient and positive.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide excellent support across multiple communication platforms Assist customers with setting up accounts verifications logins and payment processes Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns with speed and professionalism Be a trusted point of contact especially for sports industry clients Foster positive relationships through clear and compassionate communication Follow internal policies and uphold service quality standards Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes Requirements.
Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) Fluent in English (B2 level) EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card 01 year of experience in customer support Strong leadership analytical and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow Why Join Us.
