Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters related to the fiscal soundness and operational effectiveness of the plant.

Minimum of 10 years of business experience characterized by a path of increasing responsibility.
1 to 3 years of experience in supervisory positions (preferred).
Excellent leadership skills.
High problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills.
Solid knowledge of the country's tax and accounting system.
Solid knowledge of international accounting standards.
Solid knowledge of change management principles and processes.
Working knowledge of the Health and Safety system and procedures.
Knowledge of the quality management system.
Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
Good level of English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel.
