Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and leveraging digitalization and optimization potentials within our IT processes and tool landscape, not just locally but on a global scale.
In this dynamic role, you will actively drive the recognition and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance our IT strategies, aligning them with broader business goals across various domains.
Your efforts will ensure these initiatives seamlessly transition from concept through to execution, meeting both internal expectations and regulatory standards.

Your mission will be… Evaluate and enhance IT processes using recognized frameworks like ITIL and COBIT, considering on compliance with financial regulations.
Develop and implement strategies that align IT processes with financial regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to better understand and integrate regulatory requirements into IT initiatives.
Ensure robust data management practices and the ability to use key IT tools such as Octane, ServiceNow, and Atlassian products effectively.
Manage communication and stakeholder interactions, providing regular updates and informed insights into the process landscape.
Inquire different stakeholder groups, analyze their feedback, and incorporate it within our overarching IT strategy to generate impactful initiatives.
We are looking for someone with… Proven experience in the digitalization of processes preferably within the financial industry, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Solid experience with IT Process Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, IT4IT) and strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to identify gaps between the current setup and reference models like ITIL, analyze the implications and create tailored proposals for adaptation.
Capability to effectively explain and implement collaboration models such as DevOps or Product-based Teams within the organization.
Drive the harmonization of the IT toolchain, managing the entire lifecycle from demand to release.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated success in stakeholder management.
High level of data literacy and proficiency in managing IT tools landscape.
Experience in working within an international environment is preferred.
Language Skills.
