Role Summary This senior role within the Engineering team will require a thorough technical knowledge of Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Cloud technologies and Azure.
You will be responsible for autonomous project delivery work, provide training both in material and sessions to team members and mange some 3rd line escalations.
As a Global Identity Team lead you will act as an escalation point for Identity related incidents and will also have to coordinate team members in projects and daily operations.
You must be an Identity SME and preferably certified.
You will be cool, calm and collected, with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal English - and the ability to work with a multi-national team to ensure product rollouts are a success.
In addition, you will happily mentor others in the team and be an active supporter of ongoing knowledge transfer.
You will also need a natural curiosity for identifying areas for improvement to prevent future problems and present areas of improvement.
You will be globally supporting a diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.
Ability to manage project work independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects is a must.
In this role, you will be responsible for speedy identity issue resolution, proactive improvements, and have a strong customer first mindset.
You will be part of a globally distributed support team that provides identity stack support for projects, our employees, other technical teams and remaining stakeholders.
Technical skillset • Experience in a similar position on a large multinational company operating under regulated market for at least 5 years.
• UnderGrad/Graduate degree in IT or equivalent experience in Identity, project administration related areas • Experience in people leadership and managing vendor/third parties is a plus • Experience with service administration portals for assigning licenses and monitoring installed software.
• Experience in troubleshooting identity problems, both at the global organizational and technical levels.
• Experience in end-to-end troubleshooting of authentication and authorization.
• Knowledge of software licensing principles, and differences for different countries.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting • Knowledge of Technology.
Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, MS Office, ITIL, Service Now, Confluence and Jira • Ideally formal education and certification in ServiceNow modules and associated business processes (Cobit, ITIL, Prince2, PMP); • Deep knowledge in licensing of major vendors (Microsoft, Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, etc...).
• Experienced in IT asset management principles and practices.
• Experience in auditing from vendors.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills • Strong Customer and Business focus • English advanced level, both written and spoken • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Tenacious problem-solving abilities to see issues through to resolution • Ability to manage conflict and understand others • Languages.
English (fluent), Portuguese is an advantage Duties and Responsibilities • Leadership and people management • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with internal business units, teams, stake holders and company-approved vendors.
• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Setting and driving strategies independently and taking ownership of projects end-to-end • Maintain Corporate Compliance.
• Reducing Potential Risks.
• Support leadership responsible to coordinate IT Digital Workplace.
• Support Enterprise Architecture team in Identity related topics.
• Evaluate team performance and conduct regular 1.
sessions, appraisals, and coaching.
• Manage team goals, objectives and workloads in an agile manner.
• Support of software purchase contracts and communication with resellers and vendors.
• Accounting for licenses, maintaining related documentation.
• End user licensing and elimination of licensing problems.
• Track monthly compliance reporting and mitigate any non-compliances.
• Administer the assignment and deactivation of software licenses for individuals.
• Tracking contract renewal dates and support renewal processes.
• Update logs, prepare reports and submit to management.
