Job Description.
ProprHome is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Junior Digital Marketer will work closely with our marketing team to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand presence, and drive user acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, possess a basic understanding of various digital channels, be creative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities.
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights.
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
Assist in managing the company’s email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets and expenses.
Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Possess previous CRM experience, in particular, working with Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling and engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or interest in real estate is a plus.
