The Digital Commercial unit of EDP Comercial is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join their team.
Job description.
Analyze, define and prioritize the business needs of different stakeholders, being responsible for implementing the digital product roadmap of the processes for which you will be responsible; Write, design and detail functional requirements and user stories, carrying out fit-gap and/or benchmark analyzes whenever necessary; Carry out configurations of digital platforms (web, mobile, messaging), ensuring the design of interaction flows, testing and publication of changes in app stores; Prepare and monitor the product budget; Understand the functional aspects of a project (rational, benefits, architecture, scope), asking relevant and challenging questions when appropriate; Disclose and communicate in a transparent manner all information required by stakeholders; Interact with experts in the business aspect, being necessary to feel comfortable in acquiring and using language related to the respective business in order to be able to transmit concepts and recommendations; Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate the execution of the EDP digital product roadmap; Be able to engage with and work across a wide range of technologies, including relational database systems, integration platforms, web servers, etc.
What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering (preferred), Management, Economics, Engineering or other as long as you have relevant experience for the role; Mandatory professional experience between 1 and 3 years in digital business analyst; Experience in digital and communication agencies, client areas/digital selfcare, design thinking methodologies and management of several projects simultaneously is valued; Knowledge in digital marketing (websites, back-end, mobile and social media) and Programming (for example SQL) is valued;           Being part of EDP means having access to.
