If you’re an experienced software developer interested in harnessing the potential of AI, this opportunity is for you! As a Developer Productivity Lead within our Innovation Center of Excellence, your mission will be to enhance developers’ daily lives by streamlining their work processes.
You’ll achieve this by implementing AI productivity tools, optimizing tooling, and refining development processes.
You will also have the chance to consult with our clients and collaborate closely with top experts.
Experience that we believe would help you be successful in this role - Technical architect and/or full-stack developer background - Deep understanding of software development processes and best practices - Practical experience in adopting AI-based productivity tools - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience of function points, story points and agile development performance measures is an asset  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written skills in Finnish and English languages are required.
