About the Role.

As a Demand Planner your tasks will be the safeguarding of quantity of goods, planned by the Sales department.
Short-Term-Perspective - Demand Planning.
to ensure the availability of the right quantity of products at the right time, within the budget - based on a correct inventory management.
Long-Term-Perspective (S&OP-Planning).
to ensure the availability of production capacities, raw- and packaging materials.
The gross annual salary for this position is in line with the collective agreement, with an attractive overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
Main Responsibilities.
As a process coach at the interface between marketing, sales and goods procurement or logistics, you will actively coordinate the smooth internal supply chain process and its optimization.
This includes Creation and regularly updating short-term and long-term plans for selected categories in Austria and Switzerland.
Forward-looking long-term planning based on correct inventory management Active contingent/quota management from planning to delivery Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for selected customers in Austria and Switzerland Analysis of sales figures (gap analysis) with regard to various key figures Who we are looking for.
Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on controlling and/or supply chain or comparable qualifications Analytical thinking with an affinity for numbers/data  Written and spoken German and English Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel SAP(APO) and SAP(BW) knowledge is an advantage Professional experience in controlling, business analysis and/or sales/demand planning is an advantage, but not a must Solution-oriented personality and very good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
