Mercer Description.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Databank/Style team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Databank/Style Team works as a close partner of the Wealth Consulting teams worldwide.
We manage the content of Mercer's proprietary database storing index values, economic data, as well as the content for Style Analytics - global source of Style and Research Analysis for equity funds for Mercer Researchers and Consultants on a global scale.
The team works daily with Mercer users worldwide, ensuring they are provided with accurate, up to date investment data from our platforms.
Daily work involves communication with a variety of colleagues from Mercer offices, teams and seniority all over the world (from Canada to Japan or Australia).
Although strong communication skills are needed, there is a significant part of the work that involves troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills, all while providing close contact with the platforms internal users and managing expectations.

* Resolve and troubleshoot field queries.
* Manage internal client's expectations.
* Monitoring requests efficiently.
* Enhancing project guidelines and focusing on project optimization.
* Support the greater use of Databank within the business (e.

Delegated Solutions content).
* Liaise with other Mercer teams to resolve outages or delayed refreshes.
What are we looking for? * Bachelors or Master's in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or similar (desirable but not mandatory).
* Understanding of Investments and Finance concepts (desirable but not mandatory).
* Fluent in English (C1/C2 level, verbal and written).
* Ability to work along different cultures and create strong relationships with colleagues.
* Proactivity.
* Strong Communication skills - clear and assertive.
