We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to join our team in Porto.
We’re looking for someone with.
-5+ years’ Project Management experience, ideally within Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality areas; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; - Knowledge of Data Management principles; - Proven track record and experience of managing a programme of multiple related initiatives and successfully coordinating resources; -Exceptional report writing and documentation skills; -Experience in documenting processes and creating comprehensive documentation; -PowerPoint/strategic deck presentation skills; -Experience with data governance /data quality tools would be desirable; -Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban; -Familiarity with data governance technologies and tools (e.
., data cataloguing, metadata management, data quality); -Certifications in project management (e.
., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or data governance (e.
., CDMP, DGSP) are a plus; - Pro-active and sense of ownership; - Be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines; - Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
