Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst (Power BI & Business Automation) to join their mission of transforming financial services through intelligent automation.
Main Tasks.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use DAX and Power Query to transform and model complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Build robust data models to support business process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and standardize KPIs.
• Analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency in reporting and analytics outputs.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
Skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI Reporting, or similar roles.
• Mastery in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M Language).
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction.
• Strong experience in data modeling, analytics, and visualization.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and standardize business KPIs.
• Great communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech or Business Process Automation is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with financial data and operational process flows will be appreciated.
