What will you do? CRO Element for Squad B2B Analyze traffic data and behavior of business customers on the website and respective landing pages Create digital journey funnels Analyze customer behavioral data Develop optimization plan for website/LP pages and elements Develop website and landing page personalization plan dedicated to the squad Design dedicated landing pages for specific product sales Design optimized communications for conversions (email and SMS) Develop, implement, and test marketing automation journeys What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, economics, management, or similar Knowledge/experience of Google Analytics Knowledge/experience of Tag Manager Knowledge/experience of behavior analysis tools (such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity) Knowledge/experience of optimization tools (specifically Adobe Target) Knowledge/experience of marketing automation tools (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Highly organized and analytical Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Discipline, self-motivation, persistence, and proactivity Mandatory Factors.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRO Proven experience in conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, funnel and behavioral analysis, and content optimization Nice to have.
Knowledge/experience of Adobe Target Knowledge/experience of Google Analytics Knowledge/experience of Google Tag Manager What can you expect from us?
