CYBER SECURITY CONSULTANT -PUBLIC SECTOR

Position Description.
Are you looking for a senior position where you will help the largest Belgian companies address their cyber security risks? Your role on our team As Cyber security Consultant, you advise our clients on fundamental issues regarding cyber security risks, measures and the secure set-up & management of their ICT solutions.
You are able to implement security techniques and - where these are not directly applicable - creatively take risk mitigation measures.
Important techniques or subjects of which you have knowledge are, for example, PKI, firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM, Mobile security, virus/vulnerability scanning, penetration tests and risk analyses.
You will analyse where external threats could impact the business, infrastructure and process.
How you strengthen our team You are versatile and willing to take that extra step that is sometimes needed.
You are proactive and know how to easily win others over to your ideas.
In addition, you have.
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience within cybersecurity.
- Information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH or ISO implementer are a plus.
- Specialisation in one or more Cybersecurity subject areas such as Cloud Security, Network Security, Application Security, PCI Security, etc.
- DevOps and Agile working method; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Native Dutch or French with a good communication level in English As a Cyber security Consultant, you will join a sector that is constantly changing and in which the trends in Cyber security are central.
