As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage and lead the team and guarantee the quality delivery and service to their customers in high-tech.
What will be your mission? Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and engagement.
Proactively expanding relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate the risk of attrition.
Lead the quarterly reporting process to provide business value, measuring, usage and adoption.
Closely manage accounts to identify and eliminate attrition risks.
Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working, including leading the implementation of new processes and practices to maximize the impact of teams and the value we deliver to customers.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.
Capture and convey customer feedback for ongoing improvement of products and services.
Manage day-to-day functions of the customer service, customer success and Project Management teams.
Assist the Sales team with technical aspects, Proof-of-Concept setups and meetings.
Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify upsell strategies in customers.
What will make you triumph in this position? A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering or experience in IT companies.
At least 5 experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery/management, demonstrating a proven track record in maintaining client relationships and successful project management.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.
Experience with B2B and international client management.
Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
