We are looking for a V.

(International Programme) in cost control that must be able to speak portuguese.
The successful candidate will overview the cost control for our international agency in Portugal, that means they will be based in our Lisbon office but will require to travel to the construction sites and to France.
However, the first three months, they will be based in Rennes.

will be for 24 months What your will be doing.
1) Production of financial statements Ensure production of monthly projects cost reports and BU reporting; Follow-up the overheads sections and revise annual forecasts; Control and ensure the accuracy of financial forecasting; Prepare the closing entries (WIP entries, provisions, etc.); Participate in the preparation of the annual budget; 2) Operational teams' support Support the Project Manager / Project Director to budget and forecast; Help the PM/PD to analyse and master the project's risks and opportunities and budget variances; Actively participate in determining actions to improve the BU's performance; Train the team in the financial forecasting of their projects; Gather feedback on finance system improvement; 3) Analysis of financial indicators Monitor the income recovery performance and subcontractors payment timeline; Follow up performance bonds, project insurance, etc; Help with day to day banking issues; Define and oversee the BU's KPIs; 4) Interface with Group support services Act as an interface between the Group and the Portuguese entity for administrative, legal, accounting and treasury issues; Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Graduate from Business Schools (ESSCA, Edhec etc.) or Master's degree in business management, economics, finance or similar 1 - 2 years experience in cost control Organised Rigorous Hands-on approach Problem solving Pro-active Portuguese language mandatory What you will get.
