Job Description For Cost Controller(HOZ) in Dubai,United Arab Emirates UAE.
Requirements.
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience with 4* Hotel in UAE.
FMC Software experience is a must.
Possess good knowledge in the local market.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word) is required.
Must have a good knowledge of food & beverage items, consumable items.
Must be knowledgeable in checking quality of goods and in working with supplies schedules.
Knowledgeable to perform test checking on the receiving of goods at the hotel to ensure that the procedures are followed correctly.
Candidates must be locally available.
