Reporting to the FP&A Manager as the Cost Control Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing the leadership team with essential information to make informed decisions.
Your responsibilities include.
Budget Management and Cost Approval Workflow Act as the gatekeeper for corporate expenses and overhead costs to ensure compliance with policy and budget constraints Design and manage the cost approval workflow collaborating with department heads to make sure we have an effective and fast decision process Be the approver of all employees business expenses and overhead costs to ensure adherence to expense policies and budget Regularly review countryspecific policies and budget allocations recommending adjustments to align with business needs Analysis & Reporting.
Review general ledgers for each country to ensure proper allocation of costs Create detailed reports for each cost type to assess progress against the budget and anticipate potential deviations enabling proactive intervention Develop and maintain relevant KPIs Collaborate with operations to identify and track costsaving initiatives Additional Responsibilities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financerelated initiatives Support FP&A manager in any other project We believe youll thrive in this role if you/Profile.
Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
Possess proficiency in using Google Sheets including pivot tables index/match/sumifs/importrange and a willingness to learn more.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Have effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
