Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration decision making and guidance.
Our services focus on M&A Transactions Due Diligence Capital Raisings Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to provide direct support to the Associates in the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work and think clearly under pressure Selfmotivation Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Flexible working approach KEY RESPONSABILITIES Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison) Handling daytoday correspondence with clients and their representatives Generating client facing presentations and pitchbooks data analysis and financial modelling PERSON SPECIFICATION The following skills are required for this role.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm Investment Bank or Private Equity firm Fluency in English at a proficient level.
