Support well-controlled environment to safeguard company assets.
Responsibilities Responsible for review of PCIL LLC and PGI entitiesâ accounts in accordance with UAE Tax Law and ensure to maintain the 2.
General Ledger for Statutory Reporting.
Responsible for calculating and submitting PCI LLC and PGI entitiesâ Annual Corporate Income Tax.
Responsible for following up the updates on UAE Tax Law and ensure to adapt this in PCIL and PGI Statutory books when it is required.
Ensure to maintain SLAs with IC Counterparties and check the mark up calculations accordingly as per Transfer Pricing Rules.
Responsible for review and submit the Tax package to Global Corporate team on an annual basis.
Responsible for reviewing quarterly VAT submission of PCI LLC and PGI and connect with FTA when it necessary for the refund process.
Being a contact person for KPMG Statutory Audit and ensure that Audit is completed timely.
Responsible for Service fee calculations as per G&A Allocation Model, and invoice processing according to the cash flow requirement and following up the payments with the Counterparty.
Ensure to have timely true-up process for the service fee income.
Responsible for consolidating the Subsidiaries and Branch offices of PCI LLC and ensure to maintain the accounts in accordance with USGAAP and Statutory reporting as well as complete monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
Liaise with Corporate Tax team and Treasury to coordinate the accounting details and funding process for the M&A requests which will be under PCI LLC Complete Ad-hoc requests regarding with M&A related activities which impacts UAE entities.
Qualifications Big 4 Tax Audit experience Strong accounting background Understanding of Financial Statements and analysis Knowledge in Tax Law mainly about VAT and CIT Experience in SAP and Hyperion
