Working with our IMS Content Services global team and directly with our Global Content Librarian team, the eContent Management Specialist's scope of work includes.
* Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partner * Identifying and rectifying gaps in the current Content Asset Management model * Provide support and guidance for content library management * Support on end-user engagement, content marketing workflows, collecting data, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights regarding content library management * Assist with end-user support queries * Responsible for delivering trainings on everything regarding content asset management What will make you successful * Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiences * Good understanding of marketing workflows and data (e.
