We are inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer with English! We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This job offer is located in Lisbon, requiring to work in a on-site work model, for an IEFP Internship GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer * Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance * Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily * Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action * Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements * Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to * Help other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager * Shadow other employees and managers to gain visibility of the broad range of roles within the Company * Know and understand other departments of the Company to have visibility of the Company as a whole * Participate in cross-departmental projects that will have positive impact in the Company * Respond constructively to feedback in order to improve your own working style and management abilities to the benefit of the Company and your future career in general WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor degree completed; * Proficient level of English, min B2; * This job will request working in a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and reviewing content that might be highly egregious in nature, every day * Eligible for a IEFP Internship WHAT CAN WE OFFER? * Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries * Free access to our award-winning learning platform * Benefits such as Private Medical Package (COMPANY NAME) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
