Job Description.
We are seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator with proficiency in English to join our team.
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities.
• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian and English, including text, images, and videos.
• Enforce community guidelines and standards to maintain a high level of quality and integrity on our platform.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content, such as hate speech, harassment, and graphic material.
• Respond to user inquiries and reports regarding content moderation issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and tools.
Requirements.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong grammar and communication skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with online community guidelines and standards is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
