Monday to Friday AM PM (Rotative shifts) Days Off.
Saturday & Sunday Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate content (text images videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.
Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.
Qualifications.
Languages Required.
German (B2 and English (B2 both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with rotating shifts.
Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus.
