Key Responsibilities.
- Create detailed computer designs and renderings that exquisitely reflect a design aesthetic.
Offer multiple design drafts and work iteratively based on client feedback.
-Ensure the final design meets all functional needs while remaining visually pleasing.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and materials in US home design to inform the project.
Requirements.
-Proven experience as a Computer Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficient in design software (e.
., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD/BIM applications).
-Strong understanding of US design styles, trends, and standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics that aligns with the client's desires.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
