Mercer & Marsh Portugal are seeking candidates for our Consulting Graduates Program, based in the Lisbon office.
CONSULTING GRADUATES PROGRAM We are looking for 2 candidates to join our Join Graduates Program that will have the chance to participate in consulting projects for both Mercer and Marsh, exploring different areas and services duaing a 1 year internship.
What can you expect? * The opportunity to join the first edition of a joint graduates program for Mercer and Marsh, rotating to different kinds of projects; * Managing client projects that focus on risk, benefits, pensions, investments and people; * Be exposed to clients from different sectors and sizes, while working alongside a complete set of more senior consultants from the whole firm.

We Will Count On You To * Support and participate on projects from Mercer (benefits projects, pension & investments projects, human resources projects) during 6 months and then projects from Marsh (risk advisory) during 6 months as well; * Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information; * Have direct exposion to clients from different sectors and sizes; * Production of reports; * Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.
What You Need To Have * Degree in Mathemathics, Envinromental Engineering, Management, Economics, Law or similar; * Good level of english language proficiency (C1 or above) and full portuguese proficiency; * Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Curiosity and learning agility; * Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility; * Accountability and ownership.
