I'm seeking an experienced and reliable accountant to assist me with my accounting needs on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities.
- Bookkeeping.
This includes keeping track of all financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Financial Statements Preparation.
You'll be responsible for preparing my financial statements, including my balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Tax Preparation.
You should be well-versed in tax laws and regulations, and be able to prepare and file my taxes in a timely manner.
Additional Details.
- Accounting Software.
I'm currently using QuickBooks.
Proficiency in this software is required for this role.
- Frequency.
Your services will be needed weekly, so you must be able to commit to this schedule.
Ideal Candidate.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, and tax preparation.
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Reliable and able to meet weekly deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
