We are looking for a Compliance and Financial Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
What are my responsibilities? * Management and controlling of legal entity and affiliated company comprising one or more profit-cost center.
* Management of Finance, Accounting and Tax procedures for consolidation purposes.
* Compliance assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies.
* Export Control assurance for legal entity and affiliated companies including relation with public authorities.
* Elaboration of forecasting / collaboration in drawing up the plan and closing activities (monthly, quarterly and annual).
* Monitoring of financial performance.
* Asset management coordination / reporting.
* Digitalization of business processes.
What do I need to qualify for this job? * Experience in Compliance management * Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
* Fluency in English.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.

* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
* Flexibility to travel.
* Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.
