Are you one of them? Join us!  This role involves creating and managing communication materials, developing training content, and leading marketing campaigns to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Your mission will be… Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the Suite of Applications.
Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and product announcements.
Develop and update training materials, including user guides, tutorials, training videos and learning nuggets.
Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing and training materials align with product features.
Support the organization and execution of webinars, workshops, and other training events.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various communication channels.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and training programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing and training materials.
We are looking for someone with… Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or training roles, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.
., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office).
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.
., SEO, social media, email marketing).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm for learning about new products and technologies.
