Join the Wolfpack as a COBOL Developer (Hybrid - Porto)! What skills do you need to have? Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; +1 year experience in COBOL programming; Familiarity with COBOL development tools; Knowledge of relational databases, especially DB2; Understanding of transactional systems principles, including CICS; Skills in SQL and data manipulation; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Strong willingness to learn, adapt to legacy technological environments, and grow professionally; Good levelf of French (B2+ - Valued) Some of your responsibilities will be.
Develop and maintain applications using COBOL; Development tools for code optimization and operational efficiency; Manage and optimize SQL queries for effective manipulation of large datasets in DB2 environments; Apply principles of transactional systems in CICS environments; Integrate legacy systems with new technologies; A team focused on achieving objectives, motivation will not be lacking!
