This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Assist with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements.
Fluent French (C1/C2 Good English communication skills (B2 Excellent problemsolving and communication skills Willingness to relocate to the Portugal European Passport no sponsorship provided Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory Whats Offered.
