CLIENT ENGAGEMENT LEADER

Position Description.
CGI’s Credit organization is seeking a Client Engagement Lead in our Delivery Center of Excellence based in Knoxville, TN.
The position provides the voice of the market to our Produce Management team, influencing our product roadmap with specific and structured client feedback.
Consumer Credit Lifecycle domain experience is a plus, but not required.
This position requires frequent travel to Knoxville, TN.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Liaise between clients and the Credit team to maximize effective communication • Understand client needs by developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business, industry, and competitive landscape • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as they design and implement solutions that address client challenges and drive value • Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, discuss project updates, and idenfity future needs or areas of improvement • Identify upsell opportunities and understand market dynamics • Facilitate meetings and presentations to report on project status • Seek ways to expand existing client relationships • Solve issues that clients experience • Managing client expectations Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 8 years experience in project management leading cross-functional teams • The ability to analyze challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances • Negotiate scope changes and expectations • Understand the consumer credit industry, market trends, and business objectives • Adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and client expectations • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and prior experience communicating with senior levels of management.
