- Implement AI-driven call routing - Develop an AI voice bot - Configure the AI voice bot to provide information, take orders and schedule appointments Key requirements.
- Seamless integration between FreePBX and the AI system - Smooth call handling and routing - Accurate and relevant information delivery by the AI voice bot to the callers - AI system must be able to provide business hours, product descriptions and pricing information to the callers.
