What You Will Do.
This role involves working closely with customers to gather and analyze information about their business operations, processes, and requirements.
The insights gained will directly influence the development of our generative AI platform, ensuring it aligns with and meets our clients' needs.
The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to understand complex business environments and translate them into actionable requirements for our development team.
Responsibilities.
Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements, identifying areas for improvement or customization within the platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business requirements and process details.
Perform business process modeling and analysis to create clear, concise, and effective process maps and documentation.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the platform's features and functionalities align with customer requirements.
Monitor the implementation of new processes and systems to ensure they meet business objectives and are adopted smoothly by users.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business process analysis and management.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of business process management, improvement methodologies, and techniques.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of business process modeling notation (BPMN) and tools.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.
