Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Automation offer.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and delivering strategic solutions to our clients towards business efficiency.
Responsibilities Client Engagement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Strategic Planning Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, industries, and market trends to provide informed and strategic recommendations.
Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects.
Project Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client satisfaction and project success.
Business Development Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and actively contribute to business development efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Business Consulting; Proactivity and autonomy is a must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge and experience in business processes reengineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus; Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
