The B2C Operations Department of EDP Comercial, leader in energy and energy efficiency services, intends to recruit for the Processes and Switching area.
Job Description.
Analyze processes both quantitatively and qualitatively to identify opportunities for improvement; Design and implement transformation plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization; Develop analyses and reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities; Optimize and develop operational reports to support team activities and identify process gaps; Conduct data analysis to identify new automation solutions or process transformations; Propose and monitor KPIs, budget control, and contribute to the development of Business Plans; Support cross-functional management of B2C contracting processes; Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver tangible results through the implementation of improvement initiative.
What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor or Masters in the area of Technology - Industrial Engineering and Management, System Management, etc; Up to 5 years of professional experience in.
