Role Overview.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio.
It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Lisbon (hybrid).
What you will do.
Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers; Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment; Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
What you are like.
At least 3 year of work experience as Business Analyst (IT environment/projects); Experience in project management methodologies.
AGILE/Scrum, Design Thinking; Excellent analysis and communication skills; Attention to detail and proactivity; Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility; Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus; Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools will be valued.
