Join our team of professionals where you will be working to support our client within the Judicial Sector undertake a public search application modernization.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• A mid-level business analyst that can support the design of various components of a search solution under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst, SMEs and architects.
• Requirements analysis experience • Familiar with the agile process including writing good features, user stories, acceptance criteria, developing epic roadmaps, and explaining the business goals and intent of features to technical staff such as developers and testers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 3-5 years of experience with Business Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, writing user stories, and developing agile roadmaps • Minimum of 2+ years of agile experience Desired.
• Prior experience working with the federal government and experience with the judiciary a plus.
• Prior experience working with unified search solutions of documents across multiple databases.
