A CGI procura um BPO Operations Manager para liderar e gerir um serviço no setor de Energia.
Será responsável por liderar e gerir iniciativas estratégicas assim como otimizar processos, melhorar a eficiência operacional e garantir a satisfação do cliente.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Gestão de Equipa.
Supervisionar e orientar uma equipa multifuncional, garantindo o cumprimento de objetivos de forma eficiente e eficaz.
• Gestão Operacional.
Desenvolver estratégias e planos operacionais para otimizar processos, e atingir os níveis de serviço definidos.
• Controlo de Qualidade.
monitorizar padrões de qualidade para garantir a entrega de serviços de alto nível dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
• Melhoria Contínua.
Realizar análises regulares do desempenho operacional, identificar áreas de melhoria e implementar soluções eficazes.
• Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente.
Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficaz para entender e atender às suas necessidades.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade; • Licenciatura (preferencial); • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares, em operações de BPO (de preferência na área de Energia & Utilities); • Conhecimento sólido de processos operacionais no setor de energia; • Capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e equipas internas; • Facilidade de comunicação; • Sentido de responsabilidade; • Orientação para o cliente; • Disponibilidade imediata.
