These issues are impacting my project's efficiency and functionality, and they are.

Lengthy Response.
The bot responses are too lengthy, which becomes overwhelming for the user and could impair their overall experience with the bot.
2.
Cutoff of Answers.
Coupled with the issue above, the answers are being cut off abruptly, leading to incomplete information being relayed to the user.
I believe these issues stem directly from the way my knowledge base is formatted.
I require assistance from a professional who's proficient in the overall creation and formatting of knowledge bases, to assess, optimize, and correct any errors that would lead to these issues.
Ideal skills for this challenge would include.
