We are looking for a Banquet Captain to join our Team! Why to join our Team.

Essential Requirements.
Experienced in all aspects of banquet service; Must be well organized and used to working in a multi-tasking environment; Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment; Require reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, second languages beyond that would be an asset; EU citizenship is required.
What will be your main duty/responsibilities.
The ability to oversee the set-up of functions including checking of the physical layout of the room, providing the servers with the proper set-up information, and posts updated function sheets in the Banquet kitchen.
The ability to oversee the service of the function assigned by the Banquet Manager to insure the success of the function and staff adherence to all service rules.
The ability to meet individual hosts and makes him/herself accessible to the host for any need that may arise.
The ability to properly close all banquet checks and complete the Captain's log book at the completion of the function.
The ability to oversee the clean up of all functions and insuring the proper removal and storage of hotel linen and skirting.
The ability to report all incidents to the Banquet Manager.
The ability to oversee proper clean up, handling and storage of all props and specialty china.
The ability to assist the Banquet Manager in the annual performance evaluation of the banquet servers.
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
The ability to ensure the proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment through proper supervision of service personnel.
The ability to constantly monitor the staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure their strict adherence to Four Seasons' standards of quality service.
