Position Overview.
As a Content Moderator fluent in French at the B2 level youll play a vital role in ensuring our platform remains a trusted space for users.
Your tasks will involve reviewing usergenerated content enforcing community guidelines and addressing user inquiries with professionalism.
While previous moderation experience is a plus we welcome candidates with strong language skills and a passion for online safety.
Key Responsibilities.
Review usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Proactively identify and address inappropriate content to maintain platform integrity.
Engage with users in a courteous manner to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with teams to develop content moderation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends to improve moderation processes.
Qualifications.
Fluent in French at a B2 level with strong communication skills.
Detailoriented and able to work well under pressure.
Prior moderation experience preferred but not required.
Adaptable and positive attitude towards learning.
