Position Overview.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to lead our sustainability projects and drive value for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy consulting, with a specific focus on sustainability initiatives within the mobility sector.

Responsibilities.
Lead and manage sustainability projects for mobility businesses, from initial scoping and strategy development to execution and implementation.
Partner with clients to understand their sustainability goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
Conduct thorough analyses of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality deliverables and insights to clients.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates effectively.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development and growth.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends to continuously enhance expertise and deliver value to clients.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on sustainability projects within the mobility sector.
Deep understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and industry trends impacting the transportation and mobility industries.
Proven track record of leading and managing complex consulting projects, from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering impactful results for clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and project meetings.
