You will be providing services for Norwegian-speaking clients of a multinational conglomerate that designs and sells furniture, kitchen appliances, decoration, home accessories, and various other goods and home services.
Your tasks.
Assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.
Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.
Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.
., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).
What you will gain.
Remote Work - Anywhere in Portugal! Standard salary of € gross per month (12 instalments) performance bonus 100€ gross per month meal allowance - 7.
€ per day transportation bonus of 20€ per month Private Health Insurance Note.
